Total weight lost since on Tumblr: 14lbs
I lost a little over 5lbs last month. I did reach my first goal weight of 180, and then after that didnt work out as hard, and realized I was bored with my routine. I did vow to myself that every 12 to 15lbs i would switch it up, so I have a few different things to try out this month as well. The pole fitness class was super fun, and I would love to go for the whole month of March. I cant really afford it for Feb, but hopefully March I can do it.
I ate NO FAST FOOD last month, thus accomplishing my Jan Month Goal. I drank more water, ate more fruits and veggies, but not as much as I could have. So still working on that.
I have designed a detailed plan for FEB, and it isthis months goal to STICK TO MY WORKOUT PLAN. So far its Day 1, and i am sticking to my goal. Feb 1 check!! ha!
um i wish you all good tidings this month. im sorry im not on here as much as i used to be. im trying to spend more time working out and less on here day dreaming about it because thats exactly what i do. plus i have been super busy with school being back in and work picking up.

My thoughts on working out have changed. I aim to work out everyday now, instead of skipping weekends. I rather workout everyday, even if I just take a walk or do some light yoga, and then rest on the days when i REALLY need to, instead of just saying, hey weekend, im not working out with you. Idk. thats just how i feel right now.
The thing I like about exercising everyday is that i dont feel guilty when I want a cookie or a glass of juice. I limit these things sure but im not like AHHHHHH IM GONNA DIE AND GAIN 30LBS AND NEVER LOSE WEIGHT BECAUSE I HAD A COOKIE IM DOOMED ALKDJFLAJDLFJALDKFJAD >_<
And I feel really bad ass when I work out even though I didnt feel like it. I had the flu earlier this week. i kicked ass in the gym anyways, and i actually think it helped me get better faster. i didnt feel like going. i felt like dying, but i was like i can just walk on the treadmill a bit, and ended up running on the treadmill longer than planned.
